Tom is a Legal Assistant supporting the firm’s business and corporate law team. He plays a key role in business entity formation, handling tasks such as registering LLCs with the Secretary of State, filing annual reports, and obtaining EINs from the IRS. Tom works closely with both clients and attorneys, contributing to the preparation and proofreading of legal agreements, correspondence, and a wide range of legal documents. His attention to detail and strong communication skills help ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of his work, making him a valuable asset to the firm’s corporate practice.

Tom is a South Sound native and a graduate of the University of Washington. He has served as a Legal Assistant for the past three years, supporting attorneys in a variety of practice areas. Outside the office, Tom enjoys reading, hiking, and exploring new restaurants throughout the region.
