Alison Jones Robinson

Alison focuses her practice on environmental and real estate law, with a particular emphasis on regulatory issues arising from the purchase, sale, and redevelopment of contaminated properties. She advises clients on regulatory compliance and cost recovery actions under both the Washington Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). Alison also assists clients in securing insurance coverage for environmental claims, performing environmental due diligence, and negotiating and drafting transactional documents, including leases, easements, access agreements, and remediation agreements. In addition, she helps clients resolve claims under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Clean Water Act (CWA), including compliance issues related to Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) regulations and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) requirements.
