Veris Law Group is excited to share its first acquisition, welcoming the team from Symbios Law Group, founded by Rodger Kohn.
Veris delivers decades of expertise in environmental, construction, insurance, litigation, land use, and real estate law. The addition of the Symbios team—Rodger, Cheryl Solomon, and Olivia Zimmerman—augments Veris’ real estate offering and brings Symbios’ strong background in serving a diverse set of business clients.
For more than 30 years, Rodger has worked closely with client leadership teams. Solomon joins in an of counsel role, bringing 20 years at international firms, and Zimmerman joins as a paralegal with a business focus.
We look forward to discussing how the combined forces of Veris and Symbios can offer greater breadth and depth in legal services.
