Annabel is an associate attorney developing a practice that includes environmental, real estate, and land use matters, as well as business transactions. She advises clients on regulatory issues affecting their property or business and works with them to negotiate and draft transactional documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, and operating agreements. Annabel is committed to achieving her clients’ objectives on every project.
Prior to joining Veris, Annabel interned at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office where she worked on a variety of matters including environmental torts, property disputes, and evidentiary issues.

Annabel is a California native and spends her time outside of the office chasing the sun around the Pacific Northwest with her partner and their pup, Gus. Whether she’s hiking, fly fishing, skiing, or tending to her garden, you’ll find her grooving to great tunes while enjoying Washington’s great outdoors.
