Erica has a diverse practice. Her primary areas of focus are business and corporate law, but she also works on litigation, real estate, environmental, and land use matters. She advises clients on entity structuring, corporate governance, regulatory issues, and transactions, and negotiates and drafts agreements. including operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and commercial leases.
Before joining Veris, Erica built a strong foundation in civil litigation, where she represented clients in disputes ranging from contract claims to personal injury matters. This experience sharpened her advocacy skills and taught her the importance of clear communication, trust, and persistence in advancing her clients’ goals.
Drawing on this background, Erica approaches every matter with diligence and pragmatism. She values responsiveness and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring that immediate challenges are addressed without losing sight of her clients’ long-term objectives.
