Sarah is a highly experienced paralegal and legal assistant who provides comprehensive support to the firm’s attorneys and clients across a wide range of matters. With over 23 years of experience, she brings deep knowledge to Veris’ litigation and transactional work. Sarah plays a critical role supporting Veris’ litigation group through all phases of a case, from pre-litigation through trial, ensuring that each matter is thoroughly prepared and efficiently managed. On the transactional side, she supports Veris’ business group with business formations, ongoing maintenance, mergers, and acquisitions. Her responsibilities include preparing business entity applications, maintaining corporate records and licenses, and assisting with complex business transactions. In addition, Sarah is instrumental in maintaining the firm’s operations. Her exceptional organizational skills are evident in her ability to track and schedule projects, proof legal documents, and manage a broad range of administrative tasks. Sarah’s dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to client service make her an indispensable part of the Veris team.
